Gankya is the intelligence layer on top of the CCTV system you already have. It connects to your recorder (Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua or any ONVIF recorder), so you can type a vehicle number and see every camera it passed, in order, without hours of rewinding footage.
Connects to the recorder you already have. Every search logged against the person who made it. Your recordings stay on your recorder.
A two-wheeler goes missing. A visitor's car was seen near the play area at midnight. A truck left a gate it never should have used. Today, finding out what happened means rewinding one camera at a time.
Simple enough for any guard. Detailed enough for the committee and the police.
From the main gate to the tower parking or loading bay, one search shows the whole route across your cameras, even with only part of the number.
A watchlisted vehicle at the gate. A visitor driving around at 2 a.m. A car that came in and never left. A camera that has gone dark. Every alert says why, in plain words, on the control-room screen and, if you choose, by e-mail or to your own systems. (WhatsApp alerts are in testing.)
See which visitor vehicles are on the premises right now, and which never reached an exit gate.
Export a case as a PDF report: timeline, snapshots, a SHA-256 fingerprint for every file, the search record, and a Section 63 BSA certificate page ready to fill in and sign.
Connects to your Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua or ONVIF recorder and picks up its cameras in minutes. No rip-and-replace. We confirm your model in the site check.
No search without a reason. Every lookup is recorded against the person who made it, in a log that can't be edited and shows if anyone tampers with it, so management can show the system isn't misused.
Everyone signs in with their own account. Guards see alerts, plate search and vehicle routes; investigators run cases; admins manage people and cameras. Idle screens sign themselves out, while the guard's gate screen stays on for the shift. Guard screens switch to Hindi.
Upload your residents', staff or fleet vehicle list from Excel or CSV, with a preview before anything is saved, so regular vehicles don't raise false alerts. The list also helps with unclear number-plate reads, and every such correction is clearly marked.
Sighting records are deleted automatically after 30 days, or the period your site chooses. It is on from day one, with nothing to set up. Records in an open case are kept until it closes, and the search log is kept for at least a year.
One PDF for the meeting: alerts, camera uptime, and how many lookups were made, by whom and for what reason. Counts only, with no vehicle numbers or flats in it.
When a resident or visitor asks what you hold about their vehicle, find it, export a copy with a response letter, or erase it. Legal holds keep records needed for a police or court matter. CCTV signs print in English and Hindi.
A step-by-step setup takes your site from first sign-in to working cameras. Testing a camera tells you if its picture is too small or too dark to read number plates, before you rely on it.
We walk your site, look at your cameras and recorder, confirm Gankya can connect to your recorder model, tell you honestly what is likely to work, and agree up to 40 cameras and the success measures with you.
We set up Gankya on a computer at your site that we lend you, next to your existing system. Your recordings stay exactly as they are.
We train your team on site. At the end you get a written report with your numbers: what worked, what didn't, and time saved per incident.
Designed around the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. Your site stays in control of its data.
Coming soon: a consent registry, and supervisor and committee roles. Sign and notice texts are templates: have your advisor review them.
We'd rather be straight with you. Everything on the left is in the product and works on our demos and test video. The recorder connection is tested against simulated Hikvision, CP Plus/Dahua and ONVIF recorders. Our first real-site pilots are where we prove it on your cameras and your recorder.
Trucks, contractors, visitors, many gates. Know where a vehicle went, which bay it stopped at, and whether it has left.
Thousands of vehicles a day and a security team that answers to management. Faster incident reports, with a clear record of who searched and why.
From a society's main gates to a large township's control room. Answer residents quickly after an incident, and show the committee the system is used responsibly.
Every plan has the same software, setup and training. Plans differ only in how many cameras are connected. One site is one property with one control room.

Not yet, and we won't pretend otherwise. It works on our demos and test video, and the recorder connection is tested against simulated recorders. Our first pilots will verify it on your real recorder and measure how it performs on real site cameras, including at night. That's why we start with a short pilot, and the report gives you your own numbers, good or bad.
No. Gankya connects to the recorder you already have (Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua or any ONVIF recorder) and adds the intelligence on top. The site check and pilot confirm your model and which cameras work best.
Your recordings stay on your own recorder; Gankya does not record or store video. For pilots we run Gankya on a computer at your site, so its records (sightings and small snapshots) stay with you too. Incident replay is in testing: when someone replays an incident, the site computer fetches that short clip from your recorder and deletes it within 15 minutes. We never sell or pool data between customers.
Gankya is designed around DPDP Act principles: a clear purpose, consent for anyone enrolled, minimal data, personal logins, a tamper-evident access log, and automatic deletion after a retention period your site sets (30 days by default). When someone asks for a copy or erasure of their data, you can find, export or erase it in the product, with a response letter. Your site stays in charge of its data, and we act on your instructions. A consent registry is coming soon. We suggest a quick review with your own advisor.
It's harder to misuse than plain CCTV. Everyone has their own login, every search needs a reason, and it goes into a log that can't be edited and shows if anyone tampers with it, so management can see exactly who searched for what, when and why. The committee gets a monthly summary. Guards can't open people's profiles or cases at all.
There are three plans, per site per month: Society Gate ₹12,000 for up to 32 cameras, Township Pro ₹35,000 for up to 100 cameras, and Enterprise from ₹1,00,000 for up to 150 cameras (extra cameras by quote). Our first 3 customers get 30% off for 12 months in return for a case study and a reference. The 30-day pilot is ₹25,000 flat, credited against your first months if you sign a 12-month plan. Gankya is not GST-registered yet, so no GST is charged now; GST will apply once Gankya is GST-registered. We'll confirm a written quote for your site after the site check.
Searching is a single box: type a number, see the trail. Each guard has their own login, and guard screens switch between English and Hindi. We train your team on site during the pilot.
A case exports as a PDF report with the timeline, snapshots, a SHA-256 fingerprint for every file and the search record, plus a blank certificate page under Section 63 of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023, for you to fill in and sign. Please have your lawyer check the certificate wording before you rely on it.
The control-room screen shows a "camera offline" alert when a connected camera goes quiet, so a dead camera doesn't go unnoticed for weeks. The alert can also go out by e-mail or to your own systems. WhatsApp alerts are in testing.
Every result comes with the camera snapshot behind it, and a person always decides what to do. Gankya speeds up your team's judgement. It doesn't replace it.
